Any Stock issues will be advised at the time of placing your order with the warehouse.
A Flat Rate delivery cost is included in the final price however this may vary where a large number and/or a number of bulky items are ordered. The final cost will be confirmed after your order is received with your delivery instructions.
DELIVERY TIME (for items requiring embroidery and shipped directly from our supplier)
Items should be shipped within 3-4 weeks after the Club receives your payment.
INFORMATION REGARDING DELIVERY
An address where someone will be present to sign for your order is recommended. If delivery is to an address where no one is available to sign please be aware that a courier may still leave your goods.
If you do not wish this to happen please let us know before making payment for your order.
We take no responsibility for any goods delivered to residential addresses when an Authority to Leave (ATL’s) are implemented by the courier.
Payment is only to be made once you have received a confirmation from the Club confirming the total cost including postage. You will receive an order confirmation but please wait for the final invoice before paying.
We want you to enjoy your merchandise as soon as you receive your order so please choose your items carefully.
When placing your order please ensure that:
- You have selected the correct size (all sizes are ‘half chest measurements’. If unsure please see further information on Club Merchandising page or request a copy from )
- The colour is what you want – note that due to variations in printing and reproduction on PC’s, iPads, etc the colours shown throughout this site are approximate only.
All items that have the Mazda MX-5 Club of Victoria & Tasmania logo embroidered on them cannot be returned due to incorrect size or change of mind. The only exception to this will be products deemed to be faulty or if the incorrect product is sent. In these cases a replacement item will be supplied.
Please advise within 24 hours of receipt of goods of any faulty or incorrect products. Any faulty or incorrectly supplied goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt unworn and unwashed. We suggest returning your item(s) by Registered Post as we cannot accept any liability for lost or damaged items.
